How do I track my order?

Click the profile icon at the top right-hand side of our site to track your order.

My order never arrived or I am missing items.

We are here to help! First let's make sure that your order has shipped.

Click on your profile link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status.

Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already.

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.

If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the profile icon at the top right-hand side of our site to view and edit orders your account information.

How much are shipping charges?

Boston International uses FedEx Ground shipping at a charge of $8.95. However, orders over $75 qualify for free shipping.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently only ship within the continental US.

How do I return my order?

Note: if you purchased your product from a 3rd party retailer we are unable to accept your return.

All sales are final. No returns accepted without authorization from Boston International, Inc. We only accept returns on defective or damaged merchandise authorized by Customer Service. No returns accepted after 10 days of receipt.

However, at the company's discretion, non-defective merchandise returned for credit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if a return is authorized for non defective goods . Please note that the customer will be responsible for all freight charges.

How do I exchange my item?

Note: if you purchased your product from a 3rd party retailer we are unable to accept your exchange.

You may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery. All products must be in the original condition received.

Please call us at 812-906-9578 to begin the return or exchange process.

Original shipping costs are not refundable. Return and exchange shipping costs are your responsibility. Boston international will, however, pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item).

Exchanges: If you are doing an even exchange, we will send out the new item(s) once we receive the returned item(s). If the products are not of equal value, you will be refunded or charged the difference in cost upon us receiving the returned item(s). All exchanged items will be shipped contingent upon us receiving the returned item(s) in their original conditions.
